On November 3rd, 2016, the Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2016 Autumn Imperial Decorations. (http://www.mofa.go.jp/announce/info/conferment/index.html) Among the 96 foreign recipients, 2 Israeli citizens, namely Prof. Meron Medzini and Architect Arie Kutz, received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon as follows. The Conferment Ceremony will be held later in Israel.
