| Opening Ceremony of Exhibition: Yohji Yamamoto |

| On July 4th, "the Exhibition: Yohji Yamamoto" opened at Design Museum Holon. H.E. Ambassador and Mrs. Sato attended to honor the event, along with other distinguished guests including the Honorable Moti Sasson, Mayor of Holon, Mr. Shohei Otsuka, President of Yohji Yamamoto Inc. and Mr. Moshe Peterburg, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Design Museum Holon. Over 1,000 visitors were fascinated by the works of Mr. Yohji Yamamoto, a world renowned designer whose avantgarde spirit has continued to captivate and stimulate the fashion world for the last three decades. Ambassador Sato in his remarks noted the significance of the exhibition being held as part of the commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Diplomatic Relations between Japan and Israel, expressing his delight that the Israeli audience will experience yet another aspect of Japanese artistic talents.
