One of the significant features of japanese architecture is the usage of joineries for building.
This method allows you to replace defected pieces without affecting the whole structure of the building. Joints are flexible and can stay durable to natural disasters.
In the japanese architecture the construction is not hidden inside walls but is a major part of the aesthetics and beauty of the building.

Mo Sela went to Japan 17 years ago to study and work with japanese temple carpenters.
Since then he continues his creations using the principles of traditional Japanese architecture and hand tools.
