WORKING TITLE: Clerk
JOB REQUIREMENT
NOTE: Applicants are requested to submit a resume covering specific and comprehensive information supporting each of the criteria detailed below.
LANGUAGE: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hebrew and Japanese (it will be checked in the interview).
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Deep understanding about Israeli economy, industry and society
- Ability to do surveys of Israeli economy using online/offline information
- Ability to join an event or a meeting in English or Hebrew, and to summarize it in a report in Japanese
WORK CONDITIONS: You may be required to work overtime or on weekends or on a holiday at the request of the Embassy.
(Please note: transportation expenses to events are not reimbursed and must be paid out of pocket by the staff member.)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
JOB EXPERIENCE: Work experience at government agencies preferred.

The Selection Process: In the middle of February, we will conduct interviews in Japanese for the appropriate candidates that would be selected.
The interview would be conducted at the Embassy of Japan, located at the Museum Tower, 19th Floor, Berkovitz Street 4; Tel Aviv.
