History of the Embassy of Japan in Israel
May 1952 Japan established the diplomatic relation with state of Israel
December 1954 Ambassador of Japan to Turkey held also the post as the
Minister Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Israel
1955 Japan opened a Legation office and started to work in Tel-Aviv
July 1963 Legation office was promoted to Embassy
1977 Embassy was relocated to "Asia House", Tel Aviv
September 2005 Embassy was relocated to "The Museum Tower", Tel Aviv
