שודן אן מאי קאן קראטה-דו קאי

ב-24 ביולי 2005 השתתפנו בתחרות מס' 19 של שודן קינרושה קראטה-דו קאי הכלל יפנית שהתקיימה בבודו-קאן  באייסה. התחרות מתקיימת כל שנתיים. המשתתפים, בדרגות מדאן 1 ועד דאן 7 הגיעו מצפון בהוקאידו ועד הדרום בקגושימה.

שודן אנמאיקאן קראטה דו קאי ישראל הציגה  7 משתתפים (כולל אותי). במהלך 8 ימי שהייתנו ביפן התאמנו כמעט בכל יום. קיבלנו שיעורים ישירים מסו-שיהן נוריהיסה קאוואמוטו. וכולנו התרשמנו רבות מעומק אומנותו. השתתפתי בתחרות זו עם 4 מתלמידי לפני 6 שנים. מאז השתדלתי לחשוב ולהתאמן על מנת להשיג מיומנות טובה יותר ולשים לב לשיפור ההופעה שלי. התוצאות היו כדלהלן:

כפי שרואים התוצאות לעיל הינן טובות. בתחרות זו שני תלמידי דאן 1 שלנו ניצחו בקרבות וזכו במקומות 1 ו- 2 לאחר שנפגשו בגמר. אותו דבר קרה גם בקומיג'וטסו. זוג של דאן 1 וזוג של דאן 2 ו-3 נפגשו בגמר ולקחו מקומות 1 ו-2.

יום לפני התחרות היה לנו מבחן דרגה. יובל בעל דאן 2 קיבל דאן 3, מארק קיבל דאן 4, אייל וטל עלו מדאן 4 לדאן 5. זה היה עוד רגע מרגש כשבתום התחרות הכריזו את שמותינו וקיבלנו את הדיפלומות.

אף אחד לא לא "עשה פוזה" של מנצח בתחרות (אל תתגאה בלהיות המנצח ואל תצטער על ההפסד). אני חושב שתלמידיי קיבלו את התחושה הטבעית מהדוג'ו או מתחרות זו. עובדות אלו מקורן מהרעיון של סו-שיהן (בו-דו ללא פגיעה ביריב)

On 24^th of July,2005 we took part in No,19^th All Japan Shoden Kinro-sha Karate-do kai Tournament at Tokyo that took place at the Budo-kan in Ayase. The tournament takes place every two years. The participants were from 1^st Dan to 7^th Dan, from about 70 dojos, people from north in Hokkaido to south in Kagoshima.

Shoden Enmeikan Karate-do kai Israel had 7 representatives including me. During our 8 days stay in Japan, we took training almost every day. We had direct lessons from

So-Shihan Norihisa Kawamoto. And we were all impressed how deep

his art is.  I participated in this tournament with 4 of my pupils 4 years ago,

from then I tried to think and practice to achieve better skills  and pay attention to a higher level of Enbu (performance). The results were as following:

1^st  Dan

           Zeev Avidor          Kumite  1^st place,   

                                     Kumijutsu  1^st place.

           Ryuji Shimizu      Kumite  2^nd place, 

                                     Kumijutsu  1^st place.

2^nd Dan

         Yuval Benbassat   Kumite 3^rd  place, 

                                     Kumijutsu 2^nd place.

3^rd Dan

          Mark Bikkulov      Kumite 2^nd place,   

                                    Kumijutsu  2^nd place, 

                                    Kata   1^st place.

4^th Dan

          Eyal laik             Kumite 1^st place,  

                                    Kata   1^st place.

          Tal Goichman      Kata      1^st place.

7^th Dan

          Akila Kawamura   Kata      3^rd place.

As it looks above we had good results.  In this tournament, same two of our 1^st Dan pupils won the Kumite and these two, who got to the finals got 1^st and 2^nd place. The same thing happened with the Kumijutsu. 1^st Dan couple and 2^nd Dan and 3^rd Dan couple won together and met at the final and got 1^st and 2^nd places.

One day before the tournament, we had a grade up examination. Yuval 2^nd Dan became 3^rd Dan, Mark 3^rd Dan became 4^th Dan, Eyal and Tal 4^th Dan became 5^th Dan.

It was another exciting moment, when we were announced and received diploma at the tournament.

No one did a "victory pose" at the tournament, (don’t be proud to be a winner, and don’t regret to be a looser.)  I guess my pupils got this spirit naturally from Dojos or this tournament. These facts came from idea of So-shihan (Budo without hurting opponent)
